We have several packages available that include still photography as well as videography - on the ground and aerial.

I work closely with NEG photography to capture a property inside and out, from the air and on the ground.

Prices are:

Drone images;

*must feature property in the images and be taken from the one location

*can feature approximate boundary lines (DP to be supplied)

*all prices include GST

1 image:        $110 ~

2 images:      $165 ~

3 images:      $220 ~

4 images:      $275 ~

~ prices are for standard agreements only. Any deviations from the standard agreements, will result in variations to these prices. Please see Terms and Conditions.

Quotes can be obtained prior to work being performed, should more than 4 images be requested or a light aircraft be required.

Drone videography and video compilation of 60-120 seconds:

Approx. one hour shoot, weather permitting.

Quote to be obtained on each occasion, starting price $385.

Location images: $110 each

*featuring a location close by property; being a beach, park, river, or a local tourist attraction.

*these images can be re-used by agents for multiple listings.

*Copyright of these images is still retained by Elev8 aerial images and can be sold as framed images.

Weather is always a determining factor when using drones, please don’t be disappointed if we choose to reschedule. We want to make sure the conditions are very good to show your property in its best light and we must consider the safety aspects of high winds.
